Rooster will only ship to the name and billing address indicated on the order form submitted OR a PayPal confirmed shipping address.

Rooster uses unless specifically requested and prepaid.

Canadian Orders

For all Canadian orders, we ship using Canada Post, Canpar, Loomis & Purolator. Our estimated delivery times are anywhere between 2-8 business days depending on the postal code we are shipping to.

Shipping costs within Canada

  • $20 CAD standard shipping.
  • 5% GST is charged on all orders that are shipped within Canada.
  • PST will be charged on all orders that are shipped to Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Québec and Manitoba.
  • HST will be charged on all orders that are shipped to New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Prince Edward Island.

Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.

Regular priced merchandise can be exchanged, or returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase. Sorry, we do not offer refunds to original form of payment.

US orders

US orders are shipped using Canada Post, Purolator & FedEx, with an estimated delivery of 3 to 21 business days depending on the zip code we are shipping to.

US orders can be further delayed by customs and the carrier. These delays are beyond our control and we are unable to supply any detailed information on why or how long your parcel may be delayed. However, we do supply a tracking number with each order, so you are able to track your order and receive updates through the specified shipping carrier.

$30 CAD for standard shipping.
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ONCE THE PARCEL REACHES THE US. ALL ORDERS ARE DECLARED AT THEIR FULL PURCHASE VALUE. 

Return costs from the US

We do not cover any costs (duties/taxes) when International orders are returned. Please choose RETURNED GOODS, when filling out the customs form. If 'returned goods' is not checked off, the return will be refused.
